Shipping / Return Policy

SHIPPING INFO
We provide an estimated delivery time in number of business days. This is an estimate based on delivery times provided by the carriers once the tracking information is sent to you via email. These times may be affected by factors outside of our control (postal delays, weather, etc).  Thus, we cannot guarantee a delivery date ourselves for any packages shipped. Most of our shipments arrive within the stated delivery window. If you have any questions just email us.
We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers. Typically shipments are packed and shipped within one to two business days of purchase. Occasionally it may take longer to prepare some shipments. If your order is placed before 1:00pm MST we normally get it out that same day.
We do not ship on holidays or Sundays.
If it’s an order over $800 it needs a signature conformation.
All domestic orders should arrive within 2-9 days of the order.
OpalOra Jewelry is not responsible for late delays or items lost due to carrier issues. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are outside of the USA please email me your country of delivery and item you wish to purchase. I can then set up your shipping charges. (As of right now international shipping costs vary based on location).

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7 day return policy (from the date of delivery) on all items that we sell (except for all items that are custom orders). Items may be returned for any reason, but we can NOT refund shipping costs UNLESS the return is being made due to our mistake.
You must contact us prior to shipping your item back. If you fail to contact us about returning your item it will be sent back to you without a refund. 
Refunds will be issued when the returned item has been received.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at opalorajewel@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You pay postage on return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders and personalized items),

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders or gift cards. But if you have a problem with your order once received please contact us. You may be eligible for a exchange.

We do not accept returns/ exchanges or refunds on items damaged by you. I can repair most items at a cost.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelations

If you are needing to cancel an order please get ahold of us. We only accept cancellations if you contact is within 5 hours after order was placed.
