Shipping Information

At OpalOra Jewelry, each piece is carefully packed and shipped with the same attention to detail as when it was crafted.

Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST are usually shipped the same day. We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.

Carriers & Security: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders over $800 require signature confirmation for secure delivery.

Domestic Shipping: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–9 business days. While we provide estimated delivery windows, please note that carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival.

International Shipping: Rates vary by destination. Please email sales@opalorajewelry.com with your country and the item(s) you are interested in for a personalized shipping quote.

OpalOra Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
